BOOKING AND PAYMENT

We bet on pre-booking. After prepayment, we send the details of the walk. Possible payment options:
- Cash, by transfer
- Non-cash (on account +10% for legal entities)

A WALK ON THE APPOINTED DAY

When the day of the order comes, you arrive at the pier, where the ship will be waiting for you at the appointed time. The manager will contact you in advance to confirm the walk.




CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS

Return on the initiative of the customer's walk:

Refund for the booking service at the initiative of the customer is carried out in agreement with the Whats App manager +7 (999) 021-10-02.
If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days before the departure of the ship (the beginning of the walk), the money will be refunded in full.
If you cancel your reservation less than 30 and more than 15 days before the date of the walk, 25% of the total rental price will be charged
If you cancel your reservation less than 15 and more than 7 days before the date of the walk, 50% of the total rental price will be charged
If you cancel your reservation less than 7 days before the date of the walk, 100% of the rental price will be charged
If the buyer did not use the service and did not take a walk without making a transfer or refund 3 days before the departure of the vessel (the beginning of the walk), the money will not be refunded;
After the transfer of the walk, the money is not returned;
Transfer is possible no more than 2 times.

Return on the initiative of the organizer of the walk:

In case of cancellation of the walk due to the organizer's fault due to technical or other conditions (not force majeure) that prevent the walk in full, the buyer is refunded the full cost of the walk or the walk is postponed.

Attention! Refunds for the booking service or transfer of the walk are not made in the following cases:

Bad weather conditions (rain, snow, thunderstorm, fog) or other uncomfortable conditions, except when weather conditions do not allow ships to enter the waters of the Neva and the Gulf of Finland. The organizers are not responsible for a sharp deterioration of weather conditions, reducing passenger comfort in open parts of the deck, pier or during a walking tour.
The passenger is obliged to independently ensure his personal comfort and dress taking into account the changeable weather conditions in St. Petersburg.
In case of no-show/lateness of the passenger by the beginning of the walk, the cost of services not claimed by the initiative or fault of the buyer is not reimbursed by the organizer.

Force majeure circumstances:

Bad weather conditions are not force majeure circumstances, except for those weather conditions under which it is forbidden to transport passengers. The ban on going to sea is regulated by special water supervision services and the company's charter. In this case, the refund will be made. The cancellation of the wiring of the bridges of the St. Petersburg State Budgetary Institution "Mostotrest" is not a force majeure circumstance. If we know in advance about the cancellation of bridge layout, we postpone the application to another date. Bridges are not divorced on public holidays.

Important information:

The route of the excursion may be changed due to changes in the water level. This is not a reason for a refund or postponement of a walk, as we take into account the variability of weather conditions and try to replace the route with a similar or only possible in the current conditions.
